Support from the legislature

Base load power plants have been prematurely closed across the country. We are racing towards an energy cliff without any thought of a parachute. I have confidence that Utah citizens and leaders will take steps to maintain sovereignty and avoid this from happening. The upcoming legislative session is a critical time to apply the brakes on the current direction our nation is taking toward an energy crisis.

Utah should not allow retirement of a single megawatt of power until the replacement source is installed and ready for use.

Senator Derrin R. Owens

Utah State Senator, District 27

Do you sometimes have the feeling that you’re running into the same obstacles over and over again? Many of my conflicts have the same feel to them, like “Hey, I think I’ve been here before”

Dont’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:

Affordable, reliable, dependable and sustainable sources of energy are critical and at the heart of our health, safety, welfare, and way of life in Utah. It is irresponsible and reckless, to remove existing infrastructure from our grid prior to an affordable, reliable, dependable and sustainable replacement being available – yet without immediate intervention that is the exact cliff that many providers are racing towards.
